A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PRESIDENT OF THE
CITY COUNCIL TO EXECUTE A DEED TO CONVEY REAL
PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the Pueblo City Council has found and determined
that a portion of property owned by the City is excess property
because of the realignment of Lehigh Avenue; and
WHEREAS, in consideration of this conveyance, and other
commitments made in the Subdivision Improvements Agreement for
Regency Park Subdivision 15th Filing, the Grantee and developer,
Vintage Development Company, has agreed to realign and improve
to City standards Lehigh Avenue.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO,
COLORADO, that:

The President of the Council is hereby authorized and
directed to execute the attached deed to convey the property
described therein to Vintage Development Company.
Section 2.
This resolution shall become effective upon final passage and
approval.
