HomeMy WebLinkAbout6310RESOLUTION NO. 6310 A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND SETTING THE PRICE TO BE PAID FOR THE ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY AND NAMING THE FAMILIES WHOSE PROPERTY IS TO BE PURCHASED UNDER THE 1988 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT RELOCATION PROGRAM. WHEREAS, the City of Pueblo's 1988 application for Federal funds authorized by Title 1 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 has been approved by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD); and WHEREAS, said applications included funds for the acquisition of 912 1/2 West 12th Street, 1317 Palmer and 1520 E. Beech; and WHEREAS, property to be acquired has been appraised independently by a competent professional appraiser and whereas the appraisal was reviewed by a competent staff appraiser who recommends the acquisition price for the parcel as listed herein; now therefore BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, THAT: Section 1. The following price is hereby approved for the acquisition of the following properties: Erlinda DeHerrera W. 22 feet of Lot 4, Block 9, Craigs Addition $1,600.00 Gina Duran Marcellina Figueroa ATTEST: Ci Clerk N. 1/2 of Lot B, Block 1, Palmer Avenue Place, Second Filing $6,000.00 The East 1/2 of Lot 15, All of Lots 16 and 17, Block 311, Wiley & Chamberlin's Subdivision $7,500.00 INTRODUCED December 27 1988 BY DOUGLAS L.
