A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A WARRANTY DEED
FROM THE PUEBLO POLICE BENEVOLENT ASSO-
CIATION
WHEREAS, the Pueblo Police Benevolent Association, on June 29,
1988, granted a Warranty Deed to the City of Pueblo; and
WHEREAS, such Deed is necessary to construct curb, gutter, side-
walk and paving on Minnequa Avenue and Alma Avenue, and has been approved
as to form by the City Attorney; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that:

The Warranty Deed granted by the Pueblo Police Benevolent Asso-
ciation, dated June 29, 1988, which Deed is on file with the City Clerk, is
hereby approved and accepted.

The City Clerk is directed to record said Warranty Deed in the
office of the Pueblo County Clerk and Recorder.

the West 10 ft. of the East 35 ft. of said Lot 3, except those portions conveyed
by deeds recorded Harch 18,1954, Book 1231 @ Page 514, and September 2, 1965, in
Book 1577 @ Page 55 of the Pueblo County Records. Contains 0.157 Acres + .

TOGETHER with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in anywise
appertaining, and the reversion or reversions, remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof; and all the estate, right,
j title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever of the said party of the first part, either in law or equity, of, in and to the
