A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A QUIT CLAIM DEED
FROM LELA ANDERSON FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, Lela Anderson, on April 25, 1988, granted a Quit Claim
Deed to the City of Pueblo; and
WHEREAS, such Deed is necessary to construct curb and gutter and
paving on West 22nd Street, and has been approved as to form by the City
Attorney; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that:
SECTION 1.
The Quit Claim Deed granted by Lela Anderson, dated April 25, 1988,
which Deed is on file with the City Clerk, is hereby approved and accepted.

The City Clerk is directed to record said Quit Claim Deed and a
certified copy of this Resolution in the office of the Pueblo County Clerk
and Recorder.

beginning, said point being -the Northeast corner of a tract de-
scribed in Book 1603, Page 646 of the Pueblo County Records; thence
continuing West along said line, - a distance of 120 feet to a point;
thence South along the West line of a.tract as described in Book
1603, Page 646 of the Pueblo County Records, a distance of 30 feet
to a point; thence East and parallel to the North. .line of said
section, a distance of 120 feet to a point; thence North along the
East line of a tract as Described in Book 1603, Page 646 of the
Pueblo County Records, a distance of 30 feet to the point of be-
ginning;
