A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF DEEDS
AND ACCEPTANCE OF DEEDS RELATED TO THE SUBDIVISION
OF THE PUEBLO MEMORIAL AIRPORT INDUSTRIAL PARK
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that:
Section 1
The President of the City Council is authorized, for and on behalf of
the City to execute and deliver Quit Claim Deeds from the City to: -
(a) James G. Crowley for 2,392 Square Feet
(b) OK Tooling for 0.26 acres
Section 2.
The City of Pueblo does hereby accept the following Quit Claim Deeds
to the City from:
(a) James G. Crowley for 805 Square Feet
(b) Pueblo Development Foundation (Govt. Printing Office) for
3,890 Square Feet
(c) Metal Processing, Inc., for 554 Square Feet
(d) County of Pueblo for 1,997 Square Feet
Section 3
The Quit Claim Deeds described in Sections 1 and 2, hereby are on file
in the office of the City Clerk and are hereby approved and the City Clerk is
directed to record same in the Office of Pueblo County Clerk and Recorder.

RESOLUTION NO. 87 -203 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF A QUIT CLAIM DEED TO
THE CITY OF PUEBLO OF A 10 -FOOT
STRIP OF LAND AT PUEBLO MEMORIAL
AIRPORT
WHEREAS, Pueblo County holds a Long -Term Lease on
certain land at Pueblo Memorial Airport; and
WHEREAS, the City of Pueblo is desirous of a acquiring a
10 -foot strip of land to facilitate the completion of an EDA
Grant Application by the City; and
WHEREAS, a description of said 10 -foot strip of land is
attached hereto as Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, Pueblo County has no need for said strip of
land.
NOW, THEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED that Pueblo County convey
the 10 -foot strip of land, as described herein, to the City of
Pueblo by Quit Claim Deed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Sollie S. Raso, Chairman of
the Board, be, and hereby is, authorized to execute said Deed on
behalf of Pueblo County.
