A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
A SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH ADAMS- MANGINI,
INC. /CLYDE B. YOUNG & COMPANY, A JOINT VENTURE,
FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONCERNING THE PUEBLO
MEMORIAL AIRPORT INDUSTRIAL PARK
BE IT RESOLVED'BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that:

A Supplemental Agreement between the City of Pueblo and
Adams - Mangini, Inc. /Clyde B. Young & Company, a Joint Venture, the
original of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk and
is made a part hereof by reference, for professional services in
the preparation of final subdivision plats and other related docu-
ments for the Pueblo Memorial Airport Industrial Park, for com-
pensation not to exceed $60,130.75, with such terms as the City
Manager may require, and upon approval as to form by the City At-
torney, be and hereby is authorized and approved.
SECTION 2.
The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute said
Agreement on behalf of the City of Pueblo, a Municipal Corporation,
and the City Clerk shall affix the seal of the City thereto and
attest the same.
SECTION 3.
Funds for said services shall be paid from Account Number
034 -1986- 100 - 000 -040 -0020.

SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
This supplemental Agreement dated /9 a <3 ,1987, between
the City of Pueblo, a Municipal Corporation (Owner), and Adams- Mangini, Inc./
Clyde B. Young & Company, a Joint Venture (Engineer), amends and modifies that
Agreement between the parties dated October 27, 1986, concerning technical and
professional engineering and surveying services associated with subdivision of
Pueblo Memorial Airport Industrial Park. The aforementioned Agreement is modi-
fied as follows:
1. "Section 2 - Phase II Services" is deleted in its entirety and
replaced by the following:
Section 2 - Phase II Services
2.1 In accordance with the terms of this Agreement, Engineer shall
perform the following Phase II services:
2.1.1 Prepare final subdivision plat for Pueblo Memorial Airport
Industrial Park with related calculations and closure sheets. All
documentation required for both preliminary subdivision plan and
the final subdivision plat will be produced by Engineer except as
otherwise indicated in this section 2.1.
2.1.2 Prepare or provide all supporting documents, including
supplemental plats, reports, forms and textual information re-
quired by Pueblo County Subdivision Regulations, except for the
following which are to be furnished by City or other consultants
of City:
a. language of City's restrictive covenants
b. geologic and soil reports
c. evidence of sewage treatment capacity to serve subdivision
d. evidence of water supply availability
e. profile and typical cross section drawings of roads and
bridges
f. arrangements to secure construction of required public
improvements
g. finish grading plan for individual lots
h. detailed design and drainage plans and drawings for all
sanitary and storm sewer mains, except Engineer will be
revising the drainage plan to reflect new pipe coeffecients,
determining 100 year flood plain dileneations on the final
plat, expanding on the downstream effects of the development,
determining detention pond volumes and discharges, revising
cost estimates, and preparing the final drainage report and
related drawings for submittal to Pueblo County. The final
hydrology for the Devine basin and the 28th Lane basin will
proceed under direction from the City of Pueblo.
2.1.3 Locate and furnish maps and drawings of all above ground
and underground utilities, including gas, water, sewer, electric,
telephone, and pipelines and showing all easements for same.

2.1.4 Provide all incidental mapping, calculations and other
services related to the services specified in subparagraph
2.1.3.
2.1.5 Set all boundary survey monuments in accordance with all
requirements of C.R.S. 38 -51 -101 (1).
2.1.6 Establish location of all street, lot and easement lines
in consultation with Owner.
2.1.7 Furnish all title evidence required for plat approval
by the County of Pueblo.
2.1.8 Attendance and testimony at public meetings and hearings
related to subdivision review and approval.
2.1.9 Provide incidental survey and engineering work required
to accomplish the foregoing.
Paragraph 4.1 of the Agreement is amended by the addition of a new
subparagraph 4.1.2 to read as follows:
4.2.1 Owner shall pay Engineer for services rendered under Phase
II Services at the time and material rates set forth in Exhibit B
for actual reasonable time or materials expended upon the Project
performing required services, provided, however, that the total
compensation to Engineer hereunder for Phase II Services shall not
exceed $60,130.75. It is specifically understood that with respect
to consultants or subcontractors of Engineer, including but not
limited to real estate title work, compensation to Engineer shall
not exceed the actual reasonable cost to Engineer of said subcon-
tractor or consultants, and that such compensation is intended to
be included within the foregoing not to exceed compensation amount
set forth above. It is further understood that all discounts or
rebates afforded to or obtained by Engineer shall be passed along
to Owner and commensurately reduce the amount of compensation to
be paid by Owner hereunder. Engineer shall not, under any circum-
stances, be compensated for work required as the result of Engineer's
negligence or inefficiency or to correct Engineer's mistakes.
All other terms of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect
and shall apply to Engineer's provision of Phase II Services.
