A RESOLUTION DECLARING CERTAIN PROPERTIES AS SURPLUS
PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING SALE OF SAME.
WHEREAS, the properties listed herin are surplus to the needs of
the City; and
WHEREAS, said properties consist of buildable but vacant lots
and dilapidated, nonhabitable structures; and
WHEREAS, these properties could be returned to tax revenue
producing status; now therefore

competitive bid. It is also recommended that the minimum bid as shown
herein be approved as the lowest acceptable bid.
