A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT FROM
W. A. WILLS AND CLYDE C. O'NEAL, AND
AUTHORIZING THE PRESIDENT OF THE CITY
COUNCIL TO EXECUTE THE SAME
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that:

The Easement between W. A. Wills and Clyde C. O'Neal and the City
of Pueblo, recorded in Book 1926, at Pages 213 and 214, a copy of which is at-
tached hereto and incorporated herein, having been approved by the City At-
torney, is hereby approved and accepted.

The President of the City Council is hereby authorized and directed
to execute said Easement for and on behalf of the City of Pueblo, and the City
Clerk is directed to attest same and affix the seal of the City thereto.

A strip of land 20 feet in width across a part of

k. 65 W. of the 6th P.M., said strip of land being
10 foot in width on each side of the following
described centerline:

linu of an easement recorded in Hook 1479 at page 262,
a distance of 278.97 fact, to the true point of

parallel with the centerline of an &asament
recorded in Jttlok 1479 at page 262, a distance of
• 2301.03 feet, sore or lass, to a point 10 feat
