RESOLUTION NO. 5987
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CONVEYANCE OF REAL
PROPERTY FROM REALCO CORPORATION, A COLORADO
CORPORATION, A SUBSIDIARY OF OTERO INVESTMENT,
INC., FOR 14.083 ACRES OF LAND ADJACENT TO THE
FOUNTAIN CREEK AND WITHIN THE UNIVERSITY PARR
MASTER PLAN
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE'CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that:
Section 1
A general warranty deed dated February 4, 1987, from REALCO
Corporation to the City of Pueblo to convey 14.083 acres adjacent
to the Fountain Creek and encompassed within the University Park
Master Plan, a copy of which deed is attached hereto and
incorporated herein, having been approved as to form by the City
Attorney, is hereby approved.
Section 2
The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to accept
said deed for and on behalf of the City and is directed to record
such deed with this resolution.
Section 3_
This Resolution shall become effective upon final passage and
approval.
