HomeMy WebLinkAbout05744RESOLUTION NO. 5744 A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 4192 RELATING TO FEES FOR THE REPRODUCTION OF PUBLIC RECORDS WHEREAS, the members of the Pueblo City Council have determined that the fee assessed to citizens seeking copies of public record is inappropriate; and WHEREAS, the level of that fee should be reduced. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PUEBLO, that: (Brackets indicate material to be deleted by this amendment; underscoring indicates material added.) �FrTMN 1- Section 1 of Resolution No. 4192, passed and approved by Council on June 12, 1973, is hereby amended to read as follows: "SECTION 1 In all cases in which a person has a right to inspect any public record of the City, he may obtain copies of such records upon payment to the custodian of such record the following fees: 1. For each certificate and seal - fifty cents 2. For copies of records - (seventy -five) - twenty -five cents 3. For unusal research required to provide the document - 7.00 per hour. 4. For blue- prints - seventy -five cents per square foot or portion thereof. 5. For copies, print -outs or photographs of records which the custodian does not have facilities for making copies, actual cost plus time of employee delivering and picking up such records to be copied, plus all other actual expenses incurred."
