RE: Target Stores (Dayton Hudson)
DATE: August 7 1985
In order for Dayton Hudson to obtain title insurance
on property acquired they need to have access to that property
either over public roads or by easement connecting their
property to a public road. The attached Resolution grants
such easement. The Resolution creates no fiscal impact
upon the City other than continuing maintenance of the roads.
