RING Councilman APPROVED: Melvin H. Takaki, D.D.S. President of the Council ATTEST: Marian D. Mead City Clerk ird of Water Works of Pueblo, Colorado October 6, 1983 Public Works Department 211 E. "D" Street Pueblo, CO 81003 Attn: Rick Morgan Mr. Morgan, Attached is a completed form "Agreement for Revocable Permit ", which I am submitting to the Public Works Department. The form re- quests permission to construct a short storm sewer in front of the Board's five million gallon storage tank on Reservoir Drive. The purpose of the storm sewer will be to pick up the ground water which comes off of Reservoir Hill and is a continuous flowing stream. It will also pick up runoff from the hill during rain storms. It will be constructed with a concrete inlet, a grated steel cover, and 20" AC pipe. It will discharge the water it picks up at the inlet to an existing city storm sewer located at the bottom of the hill and at the north edge of the tank site. If you have questions concerning the exact location of the pipe, please do not hesitate to contact me. Sincerely, R.L.
