SafeSide Recovery is currently on-site and provides addiction support and recovery services to homeless and near homeless individuals in the City of Pueblo. SafeSide has been assisting the City with the transition of the Shelter to a new provider. The attached Operating Agreement formalizes the agreement between the parties. As of January 1, 2025, SafeSide will employee and manage all staff and operate the Shelter. In return, the City will compensate SafeSide in the monthly amount set forth in the budget attached to the Operating Agreement as Exhibit A.
