A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT BY THE
MAYOR OF BETH GLADNEY TO SERVE A THREE-YEAR TERM
EXPIRING DECEMBER 31, 2027, ON THE HISTORIC
ARKANSAS RIVERWALK OF PUEBLO (HARP) AUTHORITY
BOARD OF DIRECTORS - CITY APPOINTMENT
WHEREAS, Mayor Heather Graham has requested confirmation by the City Council of
her appointment of Beth Gladney to the Historic Arkansas Riverwalk of Pueblo (HARP)
Authority Board of Directors - City Appointment; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that
SECTION 1.
The appointment by the Mayor of Beth Gladney to the Historic Arkansas Riverwalk of
Pueblo (HARP) Authority Board of Directors - City Appointment to serve a three-year term
expiring December 31, 2027, shall be and is hereby confirmed by the City Council.
SECTION 2.
The officers and staff of the City are authorized to perform any and all acts consistent
with this Resolution to implement the appointments described herein.
SECTION 3.
This Resolution shall become effective on the date of final action by the Mayor and City
Council.

APPOINTMENT
SUMMARY:
This Resolution confirms the appointment by the Mayor of Beth Gladney to serve a
three-year term expiring December 31, 2027, on the Historic Arkansas Riverwalk of
Pueblo (HARP) Authority Board of Directors - City Appointment.
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:
The Mayor has made appointments to boards and commissions selecting individuals to
serve terms which expire during a particular calendar year and presented them to
Council for approval.
BACKGROUND:
Due to the regular term expiration of Incumbent Rita Fox, there is one appointment
available to serve a three-year term expiring December 31, 2027, on the Historic
Arkansas Riverwalk of Pueblo (HARP) Authority Board of Directors City Appointment.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
This is a volunteer committee and members serve without compensation.
