A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT BY THE
MAYOR OF ROBERT ESSER TO COMPLETE A FOUR-YEAR
TERM EXPIRING AUGUST 1, 2025, ON THE HONOR FARM
ENTERPRISE CITIZENS ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, Mayor Heather Graham has requested confirmation by the City Council of
her appointment of Robert Esser to the Honor Farm Enterprise Citizens Advisory Board; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that
SECTION 1.
The appointment by the Mayor of Robert Esser to the Honor Farm Enterprise Citizens
Advisory Board to complete a four-year term expiring August 30, 2026, shall be and is hereby
confirmed by the City Council.
SECTION 2.
The officers and staff of the City are authorized to perform any and all acts consistent
with this Resolution to implement the appointments described herein.
SECTION 3.
This Resolution shall become effective on the date of final action by the Mayor and City
Council.

SUMMARY:
This Resolution confirms the appointment by the Mayor of Robert Esser to complete a
four-year term expiring August 1, 2025, on the Honor Farm Enterprise Citizens Advisory
Board.
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:
The Mayor has made appointments to boards and commissions selecting individuals to
serve terms which expire during a particular calendar year and presented them to
Council for approval.
BACKGROUND:
Due to a resignation, there is one position available to complete a term on the Honor
Farm Enterprise Citizens Advisory Board.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
This is a volunteer committee and members serve without compensation.

Remove from the agenda and re-advertise for additional applications.
