HomeMy WebLinkAbout5111RESOLUTION NO. 5111 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A REVOCABLE PERMIT FOR INSTALLATION AND MAIN- TENANCE OF NEWSPAPER VENDING MACHINES IN THE PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF 5TH & COURT, THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF 5TH & MAIN, THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF 4TH & MAIN, AND THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF 2ND & MAIN STREETS BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that: SECTION 1. A revocable permit be issued to USA Today, for the in- stallation and maintenance of newspaper vending machines on the public right of way at the Southwest corner of 5th & Court Street, the Southwest corner of 5th & Main Street, the Northwest corner of 4th & Main Street and the Southeast corner of 2nd & Main Street. SECTION 2. The revocable permit, hereby granted, may be revoked by resolution of the City Council at any time hereafter, without notice.
