President of City Council Pueblo Colorado Dear Dr. Takaki : It has been researched, revi.ewed and determined by the Airport Advisory Committee that the rental rates for the City of Pueblo owned T— Hangars should be increased. The City has 10 T Hangar Units, six of which are Individual Hangars and the other four are Condo Type Hangars. At the present time the monthly rental rates are $65 for the Condo Type and $70 for the Individuals. There is one Fixed Base Operator at Pueblo Airport that owns T4Hangars and his present monthly rental rate is $125.00. It is the opinion of the Airport Advisory Committee that the City should increase its T— Hangar rental rate to $90 for the Condo Type and $105 for the Indivi.dual so our rates will be similar with those at comparable Airports. With this in mind, we have submitted for your review on the December 27th Council Agenda a Resolution increasing the T Hangar rental rates effective January 1 1983. Sincerely, WRBa Walter R.
