A RESOLUTION APPROVING A RIGHT -OF -WAY EASEMENT
BETWEEN PUEBLO, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, AND
MOUNTAIN STATES TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO,
that:
SECTION 1.
The Right -Of -Way Easement between Pueblo, a Municipal
Corporation and Mountain States Telephone and Telegraph
Company, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated
herein, is hereby approved and the President of the City
Council is authorized and directed to execute same for and
on behalf of the City and the City Clerk is directed to attest
same and affix the seal of the City thereto.

A RESOLUTION APPROVING A RIGHT -OF -WAY EASEMENT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO,
that:

Dear Ray:
Enclosed is a copy of our standard Right -of -Way Easement with legal
description and deliniated on your Airport Layout Plan.
We proposed to bury a cable Northerly of the 50.00 feet easement granted to
the Colorado Interstate Corporation. The depth of the cable is about 30"
to 34" depending on the soil conditions. Any damage done to surface will
be restored to your satisfaction. We will pay $100.00 for the
consideration.
If this meets with your approval, please have executed the enclosed
document at your earliest convenience.

RIGHT -OF -WAY EASEMENT
The Undersigned Grantor (and each and all of them if more than one) for and in consider-
ation of One Hundred dollars ($100.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand
paid by the Grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains and
conveys unto the Mountain States Telephone and Telegraph Company, a Colorado corporation,
931 14th Street, Denver, Colorado, 80202, Grantee, its successors, assigns,x1emxexx*
AKOHMAN and agents a Right -of -Way Easement and the right to construct, operate, maintain
and remove such communication and other facilities, from time to time, as said Grantee may
require xp4uxx; under xmk.�=xonsx following described land which the Grantor owns or
in which the Grantor has any interest, to wit;
Commencing at Northwest corner of the South One -Half Section 30, Township 20 South, Range 63
West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, thence S 00 ° 11'00" E., the West line of said
Section 30, a distance of 1695.80 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING said point being six
(6) feet North of a 50.00 easement granted to COLORADO INTERSTATE CORPORATION recorded in
the records of Pueblo County in Book 1708 at page 67 dated Jan. 12, 1972; thence N
87 0 56'00" E., 3945.00 feet; thence N 86 ° 30'00" E., 200.00 feet; thence N 87 ° 56'00" E.,
218.00 feet; thence N 89 ° 22'00" E., 100.00 feet to the point of terminus, from which point
bears N 71 ° 03'34" W., 4720.95 feet to said Northwest corner of the South One -Half Section
30,
situate in County of Pueblo, State of Colorado, TOGETHER with the right of ingress and
egress over and across the lands of the Grantor to and from the above - described property,
the right to clear and keep cleared all trees and other obstructions as may be necessary,

The Grantee shall restore grantors property damaged during its construction and maintenance
operations to as near original condition as possible.
The Grantor reserves the right to occupy, use, and cultivate said property for all purposes
not inconsistent with the rights herein granted.
