City Election in November, 1929, be and the same is
hereby accepted, and that the City Clerk be directed
to send to said Bank, a certified copy of this reso-
lution.

Dear Sir:
Referring to the City of Pueblo Funding 5%
bonds due March 1st next.
We will agree to take up these bonds on their
maturity date at their face value and will carry them
until such time as the refunding of theme- -can be voted
upon at a general election; we to receive the same rate
of interest after maturity, payable semi annually, as
called for by the bonds, plus a commission of one- quarter
of one per coat upon the face value of these _bonds, this
commission to be paid in advance.
If this proposition is accepted, it is under-
stood that it will be covered by a proper resolution of the
Commissioners, with a certified copy being furnished to us.
This proposition is also made for immediate
acceptance.
