BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF PUEBLO:
That the City of Pueblo deed and convey to The Dittmer Land and Building Company
three circular tracts of land in Uplands Park as more fully described in the deed herewith in
exchange for a conveyance to the city of Pueblo of streets and alleys and parts thereof as more
fully described in deed herewith and that the proper city officials be and hereby are authorized
and directed to execute and deliver deed to carry out the resolution.
