Be it Resolved by the Council of Pueblo
that the entire asseswe nt against late 1 -2 -73 and 76 in Block 9 and Lots
72 -73 and 74 in Block 10 in Van Kouren and Vaseaults subdivision in Storm
and Sanitary sewer vistriet "B" be cancelled and vacated as all of said property
is the property of the City o? Pueblo and to be used for street and highway
purposes and that the City clerk mail a copy of this Resolution to the County
Treasurer of Pueblo County as a notice thereof.
