Dear Sir: Replying to your letter of N ovemeb r 28th, with feference to public weighing on our scales. I am directed by the Trustees of the Pueblo Water Works to inform you that we will discontinue public weighing on our scales. We have this date posted the following notice for the information of our employees which notice is self explanatory and we will endeavor to have it com— lied with. NOTICE 'Notice is hereby given that the employees 6f The Pueblo Water Works are directed and forbidden to do any public weighing over the scales of the Pueblo 'Pater Works. This notice to be effective December 1st, 1927.
