THE PUEBLO GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB PUEBLO, COLORADO January 15, 1926. To the Honorable City Council, City of Pueblo, c/o J. W. Carpenter, City Clerk, Pueblo, Colorado. Gentlemen: The Pueblo Golf & Country Club is constructing a new club house at or near the North City limit line, in the vicinity of 32nd Street and between 5th and 6th Avenues. Sewer facilities are available in the alley between 5th and 6th Avenues back of our present old club #ouse on 29th Street. From our old club house north to the site of the proposed new building, the club is the owner of all intervening lots and blocks and across such tracts has constructed at its own expense, a six inch sewer line to serve the new building. The. club is desirous, first, of obtaining the advantage of city inspection upon the plumbing and sewage facilities of the job, to see that same conforms to your ordinances; and second, of connecting the sewer line, extending across our property from the new club house, to the existing sewer in the alley of Block One (1), Hillside and Block Thirteen (13) Grand View Place. Respectfully submitted, The Pueblo Golf and Country Club, B a - C. fit Pres. C LP: MP
