WHEREAS, there have been requests by residence property
owners located outside of the limits of Pueblo for permission to oozi-
neat their residences with the City sewer system, and
WHEREAS, the Council has found by past experience that
.such connections of residences to the Newer system are not beneficial
or profitable to the City and the city tax payers, and
WHEREAS, the 'Council has found that such connections of
'residences to the City sewer system is not necessary for the safety,
preservation of health, or the improvement of the morals, order,
comfort and convenience of Pueblo and its inhabitants.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF PUEBLO:
That hereafter the Council do not give nor grant permission to
owners of dwellings located outside of the limits of Pueblo to con-
neat their dwelling premises with the sewer system of Pueblo.
