BE IT 13ESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF PUEBLO: That the plans and
specifications heretofore filed with the City Clerk for the con-
struction of approximately 2250 feet of bank protection along
the east side of the Fountain River between Fourth Street and
Tenth Street be and the same is hereby approved and it is hereby
ordered that a call for bids be made; that the same be advertised
for five days, the bids to be received on the 10th day after pub-
lication.
