R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF PUEBTjO: WHEREAS,
there was heretofore issued by the City of Pueblo a City of
Pueblo Public 77ay Bond in the anount of X75,000.00. Said
Bond having been authorized at the election on the 8th day of
Novenber, A. D. 1921, and having been issued rending the
printing, issuance and delivery of the bonds in denomination
of X1,000.00 each pursuant to the Charter and Ordinance of
the City of Pueblo and sa;d election, and
;`IHLFwAS, the said bond in the amount of x75,000.0n
has been surrendered to the City of Pueblo and the obligati-or
thereof paid by the delivery of bonds in the denomination of
'I'l,000.00 each,as aforesaid.
1704, Therefore, be it further resolved by the
said
Council of Pueblo that /cert-ain City of Pueblo Public i'4'a.y Bond
in the amount of X75,000.00 heretofore issued, be and the sane
is hereby, ordered cancelled and held for naught.
