HomeMy WebLinkAbout110aRESOLUTION NO. 110a BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of Pueblo that a revocable permit be and the same is hereby granted to the AT & SF Railway Company and the Colorado and Southern Railway Company, jointly, for temporary purposes in and upon all the streets, avenues, alleys and public places as shown upon a certain plat heretofore filed with the City Clerk, which plat is market "Sketch showing proposed connection with C. and S. east of the Fountain River at Pueblo, Colorado "; and which sketch or map shown the course and location of a proposed line of railroad track extending from the main line of the Atchison, Topeka and the Santa Fe Railroad Company's truck at or near the easterly bank of the Fountain River, in a general north westerly course to a connection with the Colorado and Southern Railroad Company's track at or near the south side line at Fourth street in the City of Pueblo. The aforesaid permit is granted pursuant to Section XI of Article 10 of the Charter of Pueblo. In the exercise of the right granted by this permit it shall be the duty of the grantees to conform to all statutory regulations and city ordinances, now in force or hereinafter enacted, applicable to the construction of the work permitted and the operation upon and use of such tracks; and to save the City of Pueblo harmless from any and all claims, costs or damages arising out of or incident to said construction, operation and use. This permit shall be effective upon the acceptance thereof in writing by the grantees above mentioned. Introduced September 19, 1921 By M. Studzinski
