BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF PUEBLO:
That there is hereby declared the necessity for the construction, extending, opening,
widening, altering, and otherwise improving North Elizabeth Street and East Elizabeth Street
from the intersection of said streets, with 25 street North to the limits of the City of Pueblo in
accordance with the plans and specifications prepared for said work by the City Engineer, which
plans and specifications are hereby approved.
There is hereby declared the necessity in the construction of said work for the taking by
Eminent Domain for public use of the following described property, to -wit:
PARCEL I.
Lots 1 to 10 inclusive, Blk. 1, Somerlid Heights.
Lots 1 to 6 inclusive, Blk. 6, Somerlid Heights.
Lots 11 to 30 inclusive, Blk. 6, Somerlid Heights.
Lots 1 to 16 inclusive, Blk. 7, Somerlid Heights.
Lot 17, Blk. 7, Somerlid Heights.
Lots 18 to 19 inclusive, Blk. 7, Somerlid Heights.
PARCEL 2.
Lots 7 and 8, blk. 6, Somerlid Heights.
PARCEL 3.
Lots 9 and 10, Blk. 6, Somerlid Heights.
PARCEL 4.
Lots 1 to 4 inclusive, Blk. 12, Somerlid Heights.
PARCEL 5.
Lot 3, Blk. 1, Santa Fe Land Imp. Co.'s Sub.
PARCEL 6.
Lots 1 to 9, inclusive, Blk. 3, North Dundee.
PARCEL 7.
Lots 1 and 2, Blk. 8, North Dundee.
The construction of said work and the taking by Eminent Domain proceedings of said property is
hereby ordered, and the City Attorney is hereby directed to initiate and prosecute all necessary
proceedings in the premises.
