R E S O'L U T I O N .
t=UTAS, during the years 191.9 and 1920, the contracts
for improvements in the T0SA PAVING DISTRICTS NOS. 1 and 2,
the GRANT AVENUE PAVING DISTRICT, THE SOUTH FAIN STREET PAVING
,DISTRICT and TIM LAKB AVENUE!: PAVING DISTRICT, were completed and paid
for in oonas of each of said districts, axed,
WF2P AS, there were printed and still remain in the rands
tthe City Treasurer an excess of bonds of these districts over and
above_ those delivered to the contractors in payment for the work
dons in these districts as follows;-
THE IMSA PAVING DISTRICT NO.1, bonds Nos. 340 tO 350 inclu ve;
The IMSA PAVING DISTRICT NO.2, bonds Nos. 147 to 175 inclusive;
THE GRA dT AVs.NTJE PAVING DISTRICT bonds Nos. 12 to 20 inclusive;
The SOUTH LIMIT STREET PAVING DISTRICT bonds Nos. 100 to 125
inclusive;
TIM LASE .AVENUE PAVING DISTRICT, bonds Nos. 104 to 130 inclusive,
All of said bonds being of the denomination of $1000.00 each.
NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF PUSBLO, That the bonds above
described be and the same are hereby ordered canceled.
