HomeMy WebLinkAbout91aResolution No. 91a The Trustees of the Pueblo Water Works, met in regular session on the 26th day of December 1919, at which meeting the following proceedings were had. It was moved by Reno and Seconded by Hamlin that the following resolution be adopted: " That whereas, the refunding bonds of the Pueblo Water Works in the sum of One Hundred and Thirty Thousand dollars have been printed and are now ready for the signatures of the president of the City Council, the City Comptroller, to be attested by the City Clerk with the Seal of the City of Pueblo. I therefore move that the City Council be requested to have said bonds executed and cause the same to be signed by said respective officers of. the city. That after the said One Hundred and thirty bonds for One thousand dollars each bearing interest at the rate of Four and one half per centum per annum shall have been so executed by said City, that they be returned to the Trustees for their further action in the premises.
