BE I T RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF PUEBLO.
That the owners of the Grand Opera House and the lessees and operators of the
theater in said building be notified immediately to construct and maintain an additional
exit on the south side thereof, either through the south wall opening on Fourth street or
through the west wall opening on the alley in the rear of said theater, of a width and
capacity to furnish exit capacity equal to that which existed prior to the closing of the
former Fourth street exit.
That said owners, lessees and operators are further ordered to construct and
open such additional exit within thirty days after service of a copy of this resolution.
It is further ordered, that until such additional exit shall be constructed and
opened no person shall be permitted to occupy that portion of the main floor of said
theater south of the south center aisle except the seven seats in each row immediately
south of said south center aisle. That the management of said theater be required to
provide proper guards or barriers during the operation of said theater to present patrons
occupying said portion of the theater until this order shall have been fully complied with.
Be it further resolved, that a copy of this order be served upon the owners of said
building or their agents and upon the lessees or operators of said theater or their agents
by the Chief of Police.

RESOLUTION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF PUEBLO:
That the owners of the building occupied by the Princess Theater and the
lessees and operators of said theater be notified Immediately to rope off and absolutely
exclude patrons from the first three boxes back from the stage on each side of said
theater until said boxes have been properly supported.
That said owners, lessees and operators are further ordered to properly support
said boxes or to remove them entirely within thirty days after service with a copy of this
resolution.
Be it further resolved, that a copy of this order be served upon the owners of said
building or their agent and upon the lessees or operators of said theater or their agents
by the Chief of Police.

RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF PUEBLO:
That the owners of the building occupied by the Princess theater be notified
immediately to take out the disintegrated rock coping at the top of the Santa Fe Avenue
front of said building, within thirty days after service of a copy of this resolution.
Be it further resolved that a copy of this order be served upon the owners of said
building or their agent by the Chief of Police.

RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF PUEBLO:
That the owners of the Maze Theater building and the lessees and operators of
the theater of said building be notified immediately to construct and maintain an exit at
the east side of the stage to the alley, protected by fire proof walls and ceiling.
That said owners, lessees and operators are further ordered to construct and
open such exit within thirty days after service of a copy of this resolution.
Be it further resolved that a copy of this order be served upon the owners of said
building or their agent and upon the lessees or operators of said theater or their agents
by the Chief of Police.

RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF PUEBLO:
That the owners of the Majestic Theater building and the lessees and operators
of the theater in said building be notified immediately to cut out the exit lights now
displayed in the balcony on each side of the stage and to open a doorway from the
stairway on the west side of said theater and to provide a suitable aisle to reach said
doorway. That they be further instructed to erect a fire proof platform and steps leading
to the ground from the door opening from the stage upon the alley and to keep that
portion of the stage between said door and the door opening into the theater free and
clear at all times.
That said owners, lessees and operators are further ordered to do the things
provided for in this resolution within thirty days after service of a copy of the same.
Be it further resolved, that a copy of this order be served upon the owners of said
building or their agent and upon the lessees or operators of said theater or their agents
by the Chief of Police.

RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF PUEBLO:
That the owners of the White City theater building and the lessees and operators
of the theater of said building be notified immediately to tear down and remove the shed
immediately to the rear of the stage in said theater and to construct an ample exit on the
south side of said building from the theater to the alley. This exit must be provided with
fire proof walls and ceilings and an inclined runway instead of steps from theater to the
alley.
That said owners, lessees and operators are further ordered to do the things
provided for in this resolution within thirty days after service of a copy of this resolution.
Be it further resolved that a copy of this order be served upon the owners of said
building or their agent and upon the lessees or operators of said theater or their agents
by the Chief of Police.
