A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A
REVOCABLE PERMIT (REV-24-30) TO PUEBLO DIVERSIFIED
INDUSTRIES FOR THE USE OF ALAN HAMEL DRIVE FROM
SANTA FE AVENUE TO MAIN STREET FOR THE PURPOSE OF
HOSTING THE HARVEST FEST AND 5K WALK/RUN EVENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that
SECTION 1.
The attached Revocable Permit (REV-24-30) is authorized to be issued to
Pueblo Diversified Industries for the use of Alan Hamel Drive from Santa Fe Avenue to Main Street
for the purpose of hosting the Harvest Fest and 5K Walk/Run event.
SECTION 2.
The use of the public right-of-way granted hereby is subject to all limitations, terms, and
conditions set forth in the attached Revocable Permit.
SECTION 3.
The officers of the City are authorized to perform any and all acts consistent with the
intent of this Resolution to implement the policies and procedures described herein.
SECTION 4.
This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage and approval.

SUMMARY:
Attached is a Revocable Permit submitted by the Pueblo Diversified Industries.
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:
None.
BACKGROUND:
The Pueblo Diversified Industries has submitted a Revocable Permit (REV-24-30) for the use of
Alan Hamel Drive from Santa Fe Avenue to Main Street for the purpose of hosting their Harvest Fest
and 5K Walk/Run event on October 12, 2024, at 6:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
None.
BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
The Revocable Permit Review Committee recommends approval.
STAKEHOLDER PROCESS:
None.
ALTERNATIVES:
Failure to approve the Resolution will prevent the applicant from utilizing the right-of-way to host its
event.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of the Resolution.
