A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF
BUDGETED AND APPROPRIATED FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT
OF $80,000 FROM PROJECT NO. CIAN13 - VEHICLE
PURCHASE TO PROJECT NO. CI2448 - FLEET FUEL SITE
REPAIR
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that
SECTION 1.
The transfer of previously budgeted and appropriated funds in the amount of $80,000
from Project No. CIAN13 - Vehicle Purchase to Project No. CI2448 - Fleet Fuel Site Repair is
hereby approved.
SECTION 2.
The officers of the City are authorized to perform any and all acts consistent with this
Resolution to implement the policies and procedures described herein.
SECTION 3.
This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage and approval.

SUMMARY:
This resolution authorizes the transfer of budgeted and appropriated funds in the amount of
$80,000 from Project No. CIAN13 - Vehicle Purchase to Project No. CI2448 - Fleet Fuel Site
Repair.
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:
None.
BACKGROUND:
Due to damaged pumps and obsolete parts, the fuel station pumps all need to be replaced; this
transfer of funds will allow us to use previously budgeted funds and not have to take from the
general fund for the replacement.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
Expected costs are approximately $80,000.
BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Not applicable to this resolution.
STAKEHOLDER PROCESS:
Not applicable to this resolution.
ALTERNATIVES:
If this resolution is not approved by the City Council, the City will be unable to replace the fuel
pumps and will be unable to fuel equipment.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of the resolution.
