SUBJECT: A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A REVOCABLE
PERMIT (REV-24-27) TO THE WALTER BREWING COMPANY FOR
THE USE OF A PORTION OF ONEIDA STREET TO HOST THEIR 3RD
ANNUAL OKTOBERFEST EVENT
SUMMARY:
Attached is a draft revocable permit (REV-24-27) to be issued to The Walter Brewing
Company.
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:
None.
BACKGROUND:
The Walter Brewing Company has submitted a Revocable Permit application (REV-24-27)
requesting the use of a portion of Oneida Street between the intersection at "D" Street and Oneida
Street and the northern property edge of The Walter Brewing Company property line to host their
3rd Annual Oktoberfest event from September 27, 2024, at 8:00 a.m., until September 29,
2024, at 8:00 a.m.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
None.
BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
The Revocable Permit Review Committee recommends approval.
STAKEHOLDER PROCESS:
None.
ALTERNATIVES:
Failure to approve the Resolution will prevent the applicant from hosting their 3rd
Annual Oktoberfest event.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of the Resolution.

ONEIDA STREET TO HOST THEIR 3RD ANNUAL
OKTOBERFEST EVENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that
SECTION 1.
The attached Revocable Permit (REV-24-27) is authorized to be issued to The Walter
Brewing Company for the use of a portion of Oneida Street between the intersection at "D" Street
and Oneida Street and the northern property boundary of The Walter Brewing Company property
line to host their 3rd Annual Oktoberfest event.
SECTION 2.
The use of the public right-of-way granted hereby is subject to all limitations, terms, and
conditions set forth in the attached Revocable Permit (REV-24-27).
SECTION 3.
The officers of the City are authorized to perform any and all acts consistent with the
intent of this Resolution to implement the policies and procedures described herein.
SECTION 4.
This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage and approval.
