PERMIT (REV-24-23) TO THE PUEBLO FARMERS MARKET, LLC, FOR
THE USE OF ALAN HAMEL AVENUE FROM MAIN STREET TO
DRIVEWAY AT HARP TO HOST A FARMERS MARKET AND MOVIE
ON THE RIVERWALK
SUMMARY:
Attached is a draft revocable permit (REV-24-23) to be issued to t he Pueblos Farmers
Market. LLC.
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:
None.
BACKGROUND:
The Pueblo Farmers Market, LLC, has submitted a Revocable Permit application (REV-24-
23) requesting the use of Alan Hamel Avenue from Main Street to driveway at HARP to host a
Farmers Market and Movie on the Riverwalk on September 13, 2024, from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00
p.m.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
None.
BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
The Revocable Permit Review Committee recommends approval.
STAKEHOLDER PROCESS:
None.
ALTERNATIVES:
Failure to approve the Resolution will prevent the applicant from hosting their 3rd
Annual Oktoberfest event.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of the Resolution.

AVENUE FROM MAIN STREET TO DRIVEWAY AT HARP TO
HOST A FARMERS MARKET AND MOVIE ON THE RIVERWALK
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that
SECTION 1.
The attached Revocable Permit (REV-24-23) is authorized to be issued to the Pueblo
Farmers Market, LLC, for the use of Alan Hamel Avenue from Main Street to driveway at HARP
to host a Farmers Market and Movie on the Riverwalk on September 13, 2024, from 12:00 p.m. to
10:00 p.m.
SECTION 2.
The use of the public right-of-way granted hereby is subject to all limitations, terms, and
conditions set forth in the attached Revocable Permit (REV-24-23).
SECTION 3.
The officers of the City are authorized to perform any and all acts consistent with the
intent of this Resolution to implement the policies and procedures described herein.
SECTION 4.
This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage and approval.
