PACHECO, DIRECTOR TITLE AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE DRAINAGE AND DETENTION EASEMENTS LOCATED WITHIN LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 1, CLUB MANOR SUBDIVISION, 3 RD FILING ISSUE Shall City Council approve the proposed vacations to accommodate future development? RECOMMENDATION The Planning and Zoning Commission, at their January 14, 2009 Regular Meeting, voted 6 -0 to recommend approval. BACKGROUND The applicants wish to vacate the Drainage Detention Easements on each lot in order to accommodate future development. Easement 1, located on Lot 1, Block 1, Club Manor Subdivision, 3 rd Filing, is currently located in the north east corner of the lot and will be relocated to the west of its current location by separate instrument. Easement 2, located on Lot 2, Block 1, Club Manor Subdivision, 3 I Filing which is located towards the center of the lot along the northern property line and will be relocated to the east of its current location by separate instrument.
