AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN INGRESS /EGRESS
EASEMENT LOCATED WITHIN LOT 2, MINNEQUA
INDUSTRIAL PARK, SECOND FILING AND GENERALLY
LOCATED EAST OF 1 -25 AND SOUTH OF PUEBLO
BOULEVARD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that:
SECTION 1.
The following described ingress /egress easement:
AN INGRESS - EGRESS EASEMENT LOCATED WITHIN LOT 2,
MINNEQUA INDUSTRIAL PARK, SECOND FILING, TOWNSHIP 21
SOUTH, RANGE 65 WEST OF THE SIXTH PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN.
COUNTY OF PUEBLO, STATE OF COLORADO.
is hereby vacated.
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon final passage and
approval.

LOT 2, MINNEQUA INDUSTRIAL PARK, SECOND FILING AND GENERALLY
LOCATED EAST OF 1 -25 AND SOUTH OF PUEBLO BOULEVARD
ISSUE
Shall City Council approve the proposed ingress /egress easement vacation?
RECOMMENDATION
The Planning and Zoning Commission, at their August 13, 2008, Regular Meeting,
voted 7 -0 to recommend approval.
BACKGROUND
The applicant proposes to vacate an Ingress /Egress Easement that was dedicated in
the Minnequa Industrial Park, Filing 2 Subdivision. The easement served as access to
the adjacent parcel to the east. With the proposed Minnequa Industrial Park, Filing 3
Subdivision, Minnequa Drive will provide access to the eastern parcel. Because of the
proposed subdivision and street, the Ingress /Egress Easement is no longer necessary.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
None.
