The following described drainage easements: mm mm L Two parcels of land located within the northwest one - quarter of Section 14, Nov ti Township 20 South, Range 64 West of the 6"' Principal Meridian, City and County \aY of Pueblo, being described as a portion of Lots 5, 6, and 7, Autoplex Subdivision mm= according to the recorded plat thereof as filed for record at Reception No. 1344458 in the Office of the Clerk and Recorder of Pueblo County, Colorado 0 wL Being more particularly described as follows: �� v • M 8 A 20 foot drainage easement, 10 foot on each side of the common line of Lots 5 and 6, excepting therefrom the east and west 15 feet And A 20 foot drainage easement, 10 foot on each side of the common line of Lots 6 and 7, excepting therefrom the west 15 feet are hereby vacated. PACHECO, ASSISTANT CITY MANAGER FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT TITLE 'AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE EXISTING DRAINAGE EASEMENTS LOCATED (BETWEEN LOTS 5 & 6 AND BETWEEN LOTS 6 & 7, BLOCK 1, AUTOPLEX SUBDIVISION ISSUE !Shall City Council approve the proposed vacation of the existing drainage easements in order to facilitate the development of the Autoplex Subdivision? RECOMMENDATION The Planning and Zoning Commission, at their November 14, 2007, regular meeting, voted 7 -0 to recommend approval. The applicant proposes to vacate the existing Drainage Easements located between lots 5 & 6, and between lots 6 & 7 of the Block 1 of the Autoplex Subdivision, The applicant would like to develop these lots as one parcel. The removal of these easements will allow for site development options that are not currently available. As improvements are planned, new drainage plans will be required as a function of the commercial development process. FINANCIAL IMPACT i None.
