ORDINANCE NO. 7675
AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN EASEMENT WITHIN A PORTION OF
LAREDO AT PARKSIDE, A SPECIAL AREA PLAN
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that:
SECTION 1.
An Easement located within a portion of Laredo at Parkside, a Special Area
Plan, more particularly described as follows:
All of the Drainage and Utility Easements located in Lots 40 through 54 both
inclusive and Lots 57 through 68 both inclusive, Block 7
AND
All of the Utility Easements located in Lots 7, 8, and 9, Block 8 all being in
Laredo At Parkside, A Special Area Plan according to the recorded plat
thereof as filed for record at Reception No. 1414302 and Amendment No. 1
to: Laredo at Parkside A Special Area Plan according to the recorded plat
thereof as filed for record at Reception No. 1499732 in the Pueblo County
records.
are hereby vacated.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon final passage and
approval.

ISSUE
Shall City Council approve drainage and utility easement vacations to facilitate single -
family residential development within the proposed Laredo at Parkside, Filing No. 2, A
Special Area Plan?
RECOMMENDATION
The Planning and Zoning Commission, at their August 8, 2007, regular meeting, voted
5 -0 to recommend approval.
BACKGROUND
The applicant proposes to vacate all of the drainage and utility easements located in
Lots 40 through 54 and Lots 57 through 68, Block 7; and all easements located in Lots
7, 8, and 9 of Block 8 within a portion of the Laredo at Parkside, A Special Area Plan.
The vacation will facilitate single - family residential development within the proposed
Laredo at Parkside, Filing No. 2, A Special Area Plan.

None.
