AN ORDINANCE CHANGING ZONING RESTRICTIONS FROM 1 -2 TO B -4 COVERING A
PARCEL OF LAND COMMONLY KNOWN AS 304 TO 310 NORTH BRADFORD AVENUE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that:
SECTION 1.
The zoning restrictions covering the following described property be changed from 1 -2, Light
Industrial District to B -4, Regional Business District, and upon passage of this ordinance,
zoning restrictions affecting B -4, Regional Business District, shall apply to said property:
The South Y2 of Block 5 and South 10 Feet of Vacated Alley Adjacent to Block 5,
Pueblo
and more commonly known as:
304 to 310 North Bradford Avenue.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon final passage and approval.

COVERING A PARCEL OF LAND COMMONLY, KNOWN AS 304 TO 310
NORTH BRADFORD AVENUE
ISSUE
Shall City Council approve a request to rezone the property from 1 -2, Light
Industrial District, to B -4, Regional Business District, to institute appropriate
zoning for the existing commercial use and allow future commercial uses on the
property?
RECOMMENDATION
The Planning and Zoning Commission, at their May 9, 2007 regular meeting,
voted 5 -0 to recommend approval.
BACKGROUND
The parcel of land contains two commercial structures that have been historically
used for commercial purposes: Previous to the current tenants, the property was
occupied by Rainbow Bakery and used for administrative offices as well as the
"Day -.Old Bread Store ". The Rainbow Bakery has since ceased operation while
the buildings continue to be used as an office and retail bread store. The
property is located on the corner of 3` Street and Bradford Avenue, one block
south of 1 -25, and south of the heavily traveled and highly visible 4th Street and
Bradford intersection.
