AN ORDINANCE CHANGING ZONING RESTRICTIONS FROM B -3 TO BP COVERING A
PARCEL OF LAND COMMONLY KNOWN AS 2510 FARABAUGH LANE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that:
SECTION 1.
The zoning restrictions covering the following described property be changed from B -3,
Highway and Arterial Business District to BP, Business Park District, and upon passage of this
ordinance, zoning restrictions affecting BP, Business Park District, shall apply to said property:
Lots 10, Block 5, South Prairie Subdivision, Filing No. 2.
and more commonly known as:
2510 Farabaugh Lane.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon final passage and approval.

COVERING A PARCEL OF LAND COMMONLY KNOWN AS 2510
FARABAUGH LANE
ISSUE
Shall City Council approve a request to rezone the property from B -3, Highway
and Arterial Business District, to BP, Business Park District, to facilitate the
development of a personal vehicle and recreational equipment storage facility?
RECOMMENDATION
The Planning and Zoning Commission, at their February 14, 2007 regular
meeting, voted 5 -0 to recommend approval.
BACKGROUND
The applicant is requesting that the parcel be rezoned to BP, to facilitate the
development of a large storage facility to store personal vehicles and
recreational equipment. The facility will be constructed in a manner to permit a
shop and office use in the future.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
None.
