PROVISONS THEREOF
ISSUE
Should the proposed Ordinance be approved?
RECOMMENDATION
The proposed Ordinance should be approved.
BACKGROUND
Pueblo Regional Building Department's Commission has requested removal of Completed
Operations Insurance from the required Commercial General Liability Insurance. The Pueblo
Association of Home Builders and the Pueblo General Contractors Association feel this would
be beneficial to all new home buyers due to the increased cost of coverage over the past few
years. The Pueblo Regional Building Department's Commission and Building Board have
approved this removal of Completed Operations Insurance and ask for consideration.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
None.
