AN ORDINANCE VACATING STREETS AND EASEMENTS LOCATED IN BLOCK 4
AND BLOCK 5, WEST LEE HILLS, FILING NO. 1
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that:
SECTION 1.
A portion of a streets and easements located in Block 4 and Block 5, West Lee
Hills, Filing No. 1, more particularly described as follows:
STREET VACATION DESCRIPTION:
All of Savannah Drive adjacent to Lots 1 through 8 both inclusive and Lots 12
through 15 both inclusive in Block 4, all of Kimbra Court, Morgan Court and Blair
Court as platted in West Lee Hills, Filing No. 1, according to the recorded plat
thereof as filed for record at Reception No. 1616742 in the Pueblo County Records
EASEMENT VACATION DESCRIPTION:
All of the Public Utility, Pedestrian and Drainage Easements in Lots 1 through 15
both inclusive in Block 4 and Lots 1 through 23 both inclusive in Block 5 in West Lee
Hills, Filing No. 1 according to the recorded plat thereof as filed for record at
Reception No. 1616742 in the Pueblo County Records.
are hereby vacated.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon final passage and
approval.

AN ORDINANCE VACATING STREETS AND EASEMENTS LOCATED IN
BLOCK 4 AND BLOCK 5, WEST LEE HILLS, FILING NO. 1
ISSUE
Shall City Council approve street vacations of all of Savannah Drive, Kimbra
Court, Morgan Court and Blair Court that lie adjacent to all of Lots 1 through 15
both inclusive of, Block 4 and Lots 1 through 23, both inclusive of Block 5, and
easement vacation of all of the pedestrian, public utility, drainage and sanitary
sewer easements within all of Lots 1 through 15 both inclusive, Block 4 and Lots 1
through 23, both inclusive Block 5?
RECOMMENDATION
The Planning and Zoning Commission, at their October 11, 2006, regular meeting,
voted 6 -0 to recommend approval.
BACKGROUND
Property is located in the southwest terminus of Savannah Drive.
West Lee Hills Filing No. 1 was approved June 14, 2004; in order to facilitate a
resubdivision request the applicant intends to vacate all previously platted rights -
of -way and easements no longer necessary. The proposed resubdivision will
replat rights -of -ways and necessary easements.
It is the recommendation of the Subdivision Review Committee (SRC) memo
dated October 3, 2006 that the vacation be approved.
