1,000 feet north of the intersection of Dillon Drive and Eagleridge Boulevard, east of
Interstate 25.
As part of the Eaglecross Business Subdivision proposal, the applicant intends to
vacate all rights -of -way and easements no longer necessary to serve the development.
In the Subdivision Review Committee memo dated September 14, 2006, it was their
recommendation that the plat be approved if the following deficiencies were addressed:

access to all lots within the subdivision.
2. All property included within this subdivision will be required to contribute a
proportionate financial contribution to fund the public improvements to the Dillon
Drive /Platteville split- diamond interchange on 1 -25.
Acceptable secondary access will be provided. The subdivision ordinance requires the
property owner to enter into an agreement with the City to provide for the property
owner's proportionate financial contribution to fund the public improvements to the
Dillon Drive /Platteville split- diamond interchange on Interstate 25.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
None.
