HomeMy WebLinkAbout07509Reception 1693005 09/12/2006 ORDINANCE NO. 7509 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE LANDINGS AT EAGLERIDGE, A SPECIAL AREA PLAN, AMENDED WHEREAS, An Amendment to the Landings At Eagleridge, A Special Area Plan, has been submitted to the Planning and Zoning Commission for approval pursuant to Section 174- 29 of the Pueblo Municipal Code, and WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission after a public hearing found and determined the objectives and requirements of said Section 17 -4 -29 can and will be met, and WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended the approval of the Amendment to The Landings At Eagleridge, A Special Area Plan, without conditions: NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that: SECTION 1. An Amendment to the Landings At Eagleridge, A Special Area Plan, to reconfigure the layouts of Lots 1 and 2, and the locations of buildings and structures thereon, is hereby approved. SECTION 2. PACHECO TITLE AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE LANDINGS AT EAGLERIDGE, A SPECIAL AREA PLAN, AMENDED. ISSUE Shall City Council approve the Special Area Plan Amendment? The Planning and Zoning Commission, at their June 14, 2006 regular meeting, voted 6-0 to recommend approval. BACKGROUND The Landings at Eagleridge, A Special Area Plan, is generally located north of Eagleridge Boulevard and west of Eagleridge Circle. Applicant proposes to amend the Special Area Plan by reconfiguring the layout of Lots 1 and 2 and realigning and resizing of the proposed apartment complex for Phase II of the Landings at Eagleridge. Phase II will consist of seven apartment buildings and two garage structures. FINANCIAL IMPACT None.
