ORDINANCE NO. 7456
AN ORDINANCE VACATING ALL DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS WITHIN
LOT 1, BLOCK 12, AND LOTS 1 THROUGH 4, BLOCK 13, EAGLERIDGE ESTATES
SUBDIVISION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that:
SECTION 1.
The Drainage and Utility Easements located in Lot 1, Block 12 and Lots 1
through 4 Block 13, Eagleridge Estates Subdivision according to the recorded plat
thereof as filed for record at Reception No. 1410522 in the Pueblo County records
are hereby vacated.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon final passage and
approval.

TITLE
AN ORDINANCE VACATING ALL DRAINAGE AND UTILTY EASEMENTS
WITHIN LOT 1, BLOCK 12, AND LOTS 1 THROUGH 4, BLOCK 13,
EAGLERIDGE ESTATES SUBDIVISION.
ISSUE
Shall City Council approve the easement vacation in Eagleridge Estates
Subdivision?
RECOMMENDATION
The Planning and Zoning Commission, at their February 8, 2006, regular meeting,
voted 6 -0 to recommend approval.
BACKGROUND
Eagleridge Estates Subdivision is generally located north of the intersection of
Kingfisher Drive and Crested Hill Drive.
In order to resubdivide and develop the surrounding properties, the applicant
requests the vacation of all drainage and utility easements within Lot 1, Block 12
and Lots 1 through 4, Block 13, Eagleridge Estates Subdivision.
It is the recommendation of the Subdivision Review Committee (SRC) memo
dated January 18, 2006 that the vacation be approved.

None.
