ORDINANCE NO. 7455
AN ORDINANCE VACATING ALL OF THE 15 FOOT DRAINAGE, INGRESS AND EGRESS
EASEMENT LOCATED IN LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 1, AND ALL OF THE 15 FOOT DRAINAGE,
INGRESS AND EGRESS EASEMENT, EXCEPT THE SOUTHERLY 30 FEET THEREOF,
LOCATED IN LOTS 23 AND 24, BLOCK 2, VENTANA FILING NO. 1 SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that:
SECTION 1.
All of the 15 foot drainage, ingress and egress easement located in Lots 1 and 2,
Block 1, and all of the 15 foot drainage, ingress and egress easement, except the
southerly 30 feet thereof, located in Lots 23 and 24, Block 2, Ventana Filing No. 1
Subdivision according to the recorded plat thereof as filed for record at Reception No.
1564174 in the Pueblo County records, are hereby vacated.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon final passage and

ISSUE
Shall City Council approve the easement vacation in the Ventana Subdivision,
Filing No. 1?
RECOMMENDATION
The Planning and Zoning Commission, at their February 8, 2006, regular meeting,
voted 6 -0 to recommend approval.
BACKGROUND
Ventana Subdivision is generally located on the north and south sides of Venezia
Way and west of Bandara Parkway.
Applicant proposes to vacate all of the 15 foot drainage, ingress and egress
easement located in Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, and all of the 15 foot drainage, ingress
and egress easement, except the southerly 30 feet, located in Lots 23 and 24,
Block 2, Ventana Filing No. 1 Subdivision.
It is the recommendation of the Subdivision Review Committee (SRC) memo
dated January 18, 2006 that the vacation be approved.
