ORDINANCE NO. 7392
AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN EASEMENT LOCATED WITHIN LOT 4,
EAGLECROSS SUBDIVISION, FILING NO. 6
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that:
SECTION 1.
A portion an easement located in Lot 4, Eaglecross Subdivision, Filing No. 6 and
more particularly described as follows:
The north 15 feet of the west 248.14 feet of Lot 4, Eaglecross Subdivision Sixth Filing,
according to the recorded plat thereof, as filed for record May 2, 2003 at Reception No.
1499456 in the records of the Pueblo County Clerk and Recorder
is hereby vacated.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon final passage and
approval.

ISSUE
Shall City Council approve the vacation of an easement located within Lot 4,
Eaglecross Subdivision, Filing No. 6?
RECOMMENDATION
The Planning and Zoning Commission, at their June 8, 2005 regular meeting,
voted 4 -0 to recommend approval.
BACKGROUND
Eaglecross Subdivision, Filing No. 6 is generally located east of Eagleridge Circle
and north of Eagleridge Blvd. The applicant is requesting the vacation of an
easement to allow for the development of commercial property. It is the
recommendation of the Subdivision Review Committee (SRC) memo dated
October 3, 2005 that the vacation be approved.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
None.
