HomeMy WebLinkAbout07351Reception 1677239 05/26/2006 ORDINANCE NO. 7351 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 7312 TO CORRECT LEGAL DESCRIPTION CONTAINED IN SECTION 1 THEREOF BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that: SECTION 1. The legal description contained in Section 1 of Ordinance No. 7312 is hereby amended to read as follows: PROPOSED EASEMENT TO BE VACATED NO. 2 BEGINNING at a point, said point lying on the southerly line of the existing 50' wide water line easement that bears S 88 1 13'12" W, from which the E1/4 corner of said Section 25 bears N 83 0 22'15" E (bearings based on the said Memorial Airport Industrial Park Subdivision) a distance of 902.48 feet: thence N 01 1 46'48" W perpendicular to existing southerly easement line a distance of 10 feet; thence N 88 "E and parallel to existing southerly 50' wide water line easement a distance of 271.28 feet, more or less, to the westerly right of way line of Skyway Street; thence S 01 1 31'26" E along said westerly right of way line of Skyway Street a distance of 10 feet, more or less, to the intersection of said 50' wide water line easement; thence S 88 W along southerly 50' wide water line easement a distance of 271.24 feet, more or less, to the POINT OF BEGINNING EASEMENT DESCRIPTION An easement, for the purpose of water line relocation, located in a portion of the N' /2 of the SE' /< of Section 25, Township 20 South, Range 64 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, County of Pueblo, State of Colorado; 35 feet in width and being further described as follows: BEGINNING at a point, said point being 1 foot east of the easterly side of the existing aircraft hangar and on the southerly line of the existing 50' wide water line easement as shown on the Pueblo Memorial Airport Industrial Park Subdivision plat as filed for record October 11, 1995 in Book 2836 at pages 665- 670, in the offices of the Pueblo County Clerk and Recorder, Pueblo County, Colorado; from which the E1A corner of said Section 25 bears N 83 0 33'06" E (bearings based on the said Pueblo Memorial Airport Industrial Park Subdivision) a distance of 937.36 feet; thence S 01 °34'21" E and parallel to the said easterly side of the existing aircraft hangar a distance of 75.16 feet to a point, said point being 1 foot east and 1 foot south of the SE corner of said existing aircraft IIII III IIII IIII III I IIII VIII I III 167 0of 2 Chris C. Munoz Pueb1oCtyC1k &Reo ORD R 11.00 0 0.00 hangar; thence S 88 1 25'39" W and parallel to the southerly side of the said existing aircraft hangar a distance of 102.00 feet to a point, said point being one foot west and one foot south of the SW corner of said existing aircraft hangar; thence N 01 W and parallel to the westerly side of said existing aircraft hangar a distance of 74.79 feet to a point, said point being 1 foot west of said westerly side of the existing aircraft hangar and on said southerly line of existing 50' wide water line easement; thence S 88 1 13'12" W along said southerly easement line a distance of 35.00 feet to a point on said southerly easement line; thence S 01 E and parallel to said westerly side of the existing aircraft hangar a distance of 109.66 feet to a point; thence N 88 0 25'39" E and parallel to the said southerly side of the existing aircraft hangar a distance of 172.00 feet to a point; thence N 01 0 34'21" W and parallel to the said easterly side of the existing aircraft hangar a distance of 110.28 feet to a point, said point being on the southerly line of the existing 50' wide water line easement; thence S 88 0 13'12" W along said southerly easement line a distance of 35.00 feet, more or less, to the POINT OF BEGINNING. SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 7312 as amended by Section 1 hereof is hereby approved, confirmed and ratified. SECTION 3. RECOMMENDATION Approval of this Ordinance. BACKGROUND This ordinance is being amended in order to correct and complete the basic vacation text contained in Section 1. FINANCIAL IMPACT None.
