HomeMy WebLinkAbout07322ORDINANCE NO. 7322 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBSECTION (4.1) OF SECTION 51 OF CHAPTER 4 TITLE XVII OF THE PUEBLO MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO LOT AREAS IN A SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that: (Brackets indicate material being deleted; underscoring indicates new material being added.) SECTION 1. Subsection (4.1) of Section 51 of Chapter 4, Title XVII of the Pueblo Municipal Code be amended to read as follows: 3. A minimum lot area of 4,500 square feet is permissible when utilized within a block of mixed lot widths. The average lot area of the block, however, shall be at least 5,000 square feet. Alternative lot width configurations may be as narrow as forty -five (45) feet, but the average lot width of the block shall be no less [shall be no wider] than fifty (50) feet. Lot depth shall not exceed three - times the average lot width unless the lot abuts an alley. [The following is an example of a mixed lot width block, based on a 660' long block frontage:] SECTION 2.
